Croatia

The best sailing destinations in Croatia

The vast, jewel-toned Croatian coastline is just that — vast, and impossible to get through in a seven-or fourteen-day charter unless you opt for a one-way adventure. This is why we have separated the area into three parts.
Southern Adriatic
Central Adriatic
Northern Adriatic

Northern Adriatic

Home to cities like Pula, Rovinj, Lošinj and Cres, Northern Dalmatia offers a quintessential fusion of rich Croatian-Italian heritage and jaw-dropping beauty. While its southern counterpart often steals the spotlight, Northern Dalmatia offers beach seekers less overrun locations and undiscovered gems.

Its marinas, nestled near charming coastal towns, provide access to serene bays and unforgettable sailing experiences. Known for its fine local wines and cuisine with Italian influences, this region is ideal for a family-friendly escape amidst UNESCO-protected coves and the invigorating winds perfect for sailing.

This region is perfect for those seeking a balance of nature and gastronomy, with family-run restaurants serving the catch of the day, and hidden bays offering tranquillity and charm under UNESCO protection.
